These terms apply to everything you buy from iVits at ivits.ie. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.

What we sell

We sell food supplements, foods and consumer goods — not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or cure anything.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label and follow the manufacturer's directions. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or under the care of a doctor, talk to your GP or pharmacist before you start taking a supplement.

Product information and images on this site come from manufacturers and are given in good faith. Formulations and packaging change from time to time, so the label on the product you receive is the authority, not this website.

Who can order

You must be 18 or over to order from us. Some products are not suitable for children — always follow the label.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order, not when you pay or receive an order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.

Prices and VAT

Prices are in euro and include Irish VAT at the applicable rate. We take care to price correctly, but if an obvious error occurs we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel. Our VAT registration number is IE9808058O.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. Your 14-day right to cancel, the hygiene exception for sealed supplements and cosmetics, and how refunds work are all set out in our Return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your consumer rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, goods we sell must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Irish law — including your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.

The text, images and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

If something goes wrong, email shop (at) ivits.ie or phone 087 436 4344 and we will do our best to put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can seek advice from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
