BioCare Vitamin C Rosehip Complex (150g). A powder taken in water. One teaspoon (approximately 5g) provides 1,000mg vitamin C, zinc, manganese, magnesium, 100mg rosehip powder, rutin, hesperidin and bilberry extract.

Directions: 1 teaspoon (approx.5g) or as professionally directed, stirred into water or blended into a smoothie. Take daily with food. Use within 2 months of opening.

Per daily intake: Vitamin C 1000mg (1250% NRV); Magnesium 20.4mg (5% NRV); Zinc 6mg (60% NRV); Manganese 1mg (50% NRV); Rosehip Powder 100mg; Hesperidin 25mg; Rutin 25mg; Bilberry Extract 200:1 15mg.
