Two capsules a day give 1,180mg of Antarctic krill oil — 662mg of phospholipids and 320mg of omega-3, of which 178mg EPA and 82mg DHA — plus 10µg of vitamin D (200% NRV), 82.6mg of choline and 120µg of astaxanthin. 60 capsules is a 30-day supply. Contains crustacean, fish and soy.
