Dr. Wolz Vitalkomplex (500ml). A liquid food supplement concentrate of fruit, vegetable and plant juice concentrates and extracts (83%), with vitamin-enriched inactivated yeast cells, calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate, iron bisglycinate, vitamins C, D and E, and a 3.7% aqueous extract of culinary herbs and botanicals. Per 20ml daily dose (current label): vitamin C 24mg (30% NRV), vitamin D 10µg (200%), vitamin E 5.4mg (45%), vitamin B1 0.54mg (50%), vitamin B2 1.1mg (80%), niacin 10mg (65%), pantothenic acid 3mg (50%), vitamin B6 1.2mg (85%), vitamin B12 1.1µg (45%), biotin 25µg (50%), calcium 120mg (15%), magnesium 57mg (15%), iron 2.1mg (15%), zinc 3mg (30%), total polyphenols 400mg. Take 20ml a day diluted in half a glass of water or juice; children half the quantity. Shake before use. Vegan, gluten-free, no artificial colours or preservatives. Store at 4–25°C; once opened keep refrigerated and use promptly. The full ingredient list is printed on the pack. 500ml glass bottle.
