Certified organic flaxseed oil, cold pressed at under 50°C and nitrogen flushed, 250ml. Unrefined and non-deodorised, 55–60% omega-3 fatty acids. Pour over prepared food or use in dressings; do not cook with it. Refrigerate after opening and use within 8 weeks.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of alpha-linolenic acid. Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Store out of the reach of young children.
