Liquid calcium (as gluconate and lactate, already dissolved) in a herbal and fruit base. Per 20ml daily dose: calcium 200mg (25% NRV).

Directions: Adults and children from 12: 20ml once daily, preferably in the morning. Children 3-11: 15ml once daily. Refrigerate after opening.
