Liquid magnesium (as gluconate and citrate, already dissolved) in a herbal and fruit base with honey. Per 20ml daily dose: magnesium 250mg (67% NRV).

Directions: Adults and children from 12: 20ml once daily. Children 6-11: 10ml; 3-5 years: 5ml. Take preferably before a meal. Refrigerate after opening.
