Liquid formula with ashwagandha root extract (600mg per 20ml) on a herbal extract of lemon balm, lavender, passionflower and rosemary with fruit juices. Per 20ml daily dose: vitamin C 80mg (100% NRV), vitamin B12 5µg (200% NRV).

Directions: Adults: 10ml twice daily. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Speak to a healthcare professional first if on medication. Refrigerate after opening.
