Liquid mineral formula with calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D in a herbal and fruit base. Per 40ml daily dose: calcium 207mg (26% NRV), magnesium 248mg (66% NRV), zinc 4.7mg (47% NRV), vitamin D 6.8µg (136% NRV).

Directions: Adults and children from 12: 20ml twice daily. Children 5-11: 10ml twice daily; 3-4 years: 5ml three times daily. Take preferably before a meal. Refrigerate after opening.
