Liquid B-vitamin complex on a herbal extract of yarrow, watercress and ginger with fruit juices. One 20ml daily dose gives 100% NRV of thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), B6, biotin (B7) and B12 (as methylcobalamin).

Directions: Adults and children from 12: 20ml once daily. Children 7-11: 10ml; 3-6 years: 5ml. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Refrigerate after opening.
