Humbl. Strawberry Oat Energy Ball Mix, 187g. A dry mix of date powder, tigernut flour and 32% gluten-free oats with 3% freeze-dried strawberry pieces, desiccated coconut, sunflower seeds and beetroot powder. Add water, roll and chill to make 10-12 bite-sized balls at home. Gluten free, dairy free and high fibre.

Directions

You will need a bowl, a spoon and 80ml of water. Empty the contents of the pouch into the bowl, add the water and mix well until the mixture comes together. Roll into 10-12 bite-sized balls and chill for 10-15 minutes. Optional: roll in desiccated coconut, or drizzle with chocolate, before chilling. Store the pouch in a cool, dry place; once made, keep the balls refrigerated and eat within a few days.
