Ionic magnesium citrate drink powder, unflavoured. Each 2.7g serving (about 1 teaspoon) provides 250mg of elemental magnesium (67% NRV) as ionic magnesium citrate, formed when the magnesium carbonate meets citric acid in hot water. Made in small batches in Galway from magnesium carbonate and citric acid, with nothing else added.
