Lifeplan Slippery Elm 230mg (50 capsules). A slippery elm food supplement in vegetarian capsules. Each capsule provides 230mg of powdered slippery elm bark (Ulmus rubra) with no other additives. Take one capsule with water before a main meal; can be taken three times a day. To take as a drink, mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water, then slowly add boiling water (or milk) and stir until fully mixed. Vegan (Vegan Society registered). Free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives. Ingredients: Powdered Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus rubra), vegetarian capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). 50 capsules.
