Natroceutics Activated B-Complex Advanced, 30 capsules. A once-a-day liposomal capsule of methylated and co-enzyme B vitamins with L-theanine. One capsule provides 35mg thiamine (3182% NRV), 10mg riboflavin-5-phosphate (714% NRV), 50mg pantothenic acid (833% NRV), 25mg vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (1786% NRV), 200µg biotin (400% NRV), 200µg folate as methyltetrahydrofolate (100% NRV), vitamin B12 as adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin, and 100mg L-theanine.
