Natures Aid Collagen Beauty Formula (90 capsules). A hydrolysed marine collagen food supplement in vegetable capsules, with vitamin C, zinc, copper, biotin and vitamins B2 and B3. Each capsule provides 500mg of marine collagen, 80mg of vitamin C (100% NRV), 5.6mg of riboflavin (400% NRV), 16mg NE of niacin (100% NRV), 50µg of biotin (100% NRV), 10mg of zinc (100% NRV) and 1mg of copper (100% NRV). Take one capsule a day with water. Contains fish. No artificial colours or flavours; free from GM, corn, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar. Ingredients: collagen (marine, fish), capsule shell (cellulose), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), zinc picolinate, niacin (nicotinamide), copper gluconate, magnesium stearate, riboflavin, D-biotin. 90 capsules.
