Natures Aid Fenugreek 500mg (90 capsules). A standardised fenugreek seed extract food supplement in vegetable capsules. Three capsules a day provide 1500mg of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) extract, standardised to 750mg of saponins. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Free from GM, lactose, dairy, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar. Ingredients: fenugreek seed extract, capsule shell (cellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, anticaking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate). 90 capsules.

Fenugreek contains coumarin derivatives that may interact with anticoagulants such as heparin and warfarin. People using glipizide should consult their GP before use.
