Natures Aid High Strength Cod Liver Oil 1000mg (90 softgels). A high-strength cod liver oil food supplement in softgel form. Each softgel provides 1000mg of pure cod liver oil, giving 254mg of omega-3 fatty acids (of which 80mg EPA and 90mg DHA), 800µg of vitamin A (100% NRV) and 5µg of vitamin D (100% NRV). Take one softgel a day. The capsule is bovine gelatin. Contains fish. Free from GM, gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, lactose, soya, salt, sugar and starch. Ingredients: pure cod (fish) liver oil, gelatin (bovine), glycerine, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3 preparation (cholecalciferol in vegetable oil). 90 softgels. Cod liver oil is best avoided by pregnant women, asthmatics and diabetics. Because of its antithrombotic effect, haemophiliacs and those taking warfarin should exercise caution.
