Natures Aid Soya Lecithin 1200mg (90 softgels). A high-strength soya lecithin food supplement in softgel form. Each softgel provides 1200mg of unbleached lecithin from non-GM soya beans, a natural source of phospholipids including phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylinositol. Take 1 to 2 softgels a day with food. The capsule is bovine gelatin, so this product is not vegetarian. Contains soya. Free from dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, starch and sugar. Ingredients: lecithin (soya), gelatin (bovine), glycerine, sorbitol. 90 softgels.
