Take one tablet in the morning with a glass of water.

Lion's mane mushroom extract (Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers.), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), glazing agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glycerol), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
