Two tablets daily provide zinc 15mg (150% NRV), biotin 320µg (640%), selenium 100µg (182%) as SelenoPrecise, vitamin C 120mg (150%), vitamin E 20mg (166%), hydrolysed fish collagen 46mg, horsetail extract 160mg, tomato extract 133mg, bilberry extract 60mg and Pycnogenol 40mg. Contains fish and soy.
