Swedish Nutra Super Kids Multivitamin (500ml). A 500ml orange-flavoured liquid multivitamin for children aged 3 and over, on a fruit-juice base. The maker's directions are one dose each morning — 15ml for ages 3 to 9, and 15ml to 30ml from age 10. Each 15ml provides vitamins A, C, D3, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 and biotin, with zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium, iodine, lutein, CoQ10, spirulina, alfalfa and broccoli. Around 33 servings per bottle at the 15ml dose.
