Wild Irish Seaweeds Organic Carrageen (40g). Dried carrageen, also called Irish moss (Chondrus crispus), a red seaweed with delicate pink fronds and a natural gelling quality used in traditional Irish puddings. Soak in cold water for up to 5 minutes and rinse; simmer in milk or water for 10 to 20 minutes and strain for a gel, or use as a thickener in sauces, soups, ice cream, jelly and blancmange. 40g paper bag.

Hand-harvested on the Co. Clare coast by the Talty family of Wild Irish Seaweeds, then dried naturally.
