Wild Irish Seaweeds Organic Kombu (40g). Dried kombu fronds (Laminaria digitata), a brown seaweed with a savoury, lightly smoky flavour. To rehydrate, soak in cold water for up to 10 minutes and keep the soaking water for stock; rinse salted fronds well. Use dry (wiped), rehydrated or simmered for up to 40 minutes in stocks, stews, pickles and bean dishes, or wrap fish or chicken in a rehydrated frond before baking. 40g paper bag.

Hand-harvested on the Co. Clare coast by the Talty family of Wild Irish Seaweeds, then dried naturally.
