One capsule a day with food.

Ingredients

Each capsule: oleoresin turmeric extract 150mg (min 28% curcumin), oleoresin ginger extract 100mg, Boswellia serrata extract 50mg (20% AKBA), piperine (black pepper) 2mg, manganese (manganese sulphate) 1mg (50% NRV), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5µg (100% NRV). Emulsifier (polysorbate 80), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)
