Per daily dose

• Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 1200 µg per daily dose (4 sprays)
• Chromium: 40 µg per daily dose (4 sprays)

Directions

Take 4 sprays daily, together or separately. For children under 12, use half the adult dose (2 sprays daily).

Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), humectant (glycerin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), flavouring (natural apricot), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), chromium chloride (chromium).
