Directions

Bath: add 250g of flakes to a bath and soak for 20 minutes. Footbath: add 150g of flakes to 5 litres of warm water and soak for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes. Pharmaceutical grade. 47% MgCl2 concentration.
