BioCare Nutrisorb Methyl B12 (15ml). A liquid vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Six drops provide 500ug of vitamin B12.

Directions: 6 drops taken daily in water with food, or under the tongue, or as professionally directed. Shake well before use.

Per daily intake: Vitamin B12 500μg (20000% NRV).
