BioCare Slippery Elm Complex (90 capsules). A botanical food supplement in vegetable capsules combining slippery elm inner bark, marshmallow root extract and gamma oryzanol from rice bran. Three capsules a day provide 600mg of slippery elm bark, 112.5mg of marshmallow root extract 4:1 (equivalent to 450mg of marshmallow root) and 210mg of gamma oryzanol. Take 1 capsule three times a day before food, or as professionally directed. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Ingredients: Slippery Elm (Ulmus fulva L. inner bark powder), Gamma Oryzanol (Oryza sativa L. bran), Marshmallow Root Powder Extract (Althaea officinalis root), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate). 90 vegetable capsules (30 days at 3 a day).
