Two capsules a day give 700mg of krill oil and 362mg of algal oil — 280mg of phospholipids and 300mg of omega-3, of which 87mg EPA and 178mg DHA — with 100µg of vitamin K2 as MK-7, 1.4mg of vitamin B6 (100% NRV), 2.5µg of vitamin B12 (100% NRV) and 100mg of organic turmeric root extract. 60 capsules is a 30-day supply. Contains crustacean and fish.

• EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart
• Vitamin B6 contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism
