Comvita Manuka Honey & Propolis Elixir — 200ml.

Comvita is a New Zealand beekeeping company, established 1974. Available to buy in Ireland from iVits.

A 200ml bottle. Each 10ml gives 2mg of zinc (20% RI) as zinc gluconate, 1.3g of UMF 10+ manuka honey (10%), 26mg of propolis powder (equivalent to 20.8mg pure propolis) and 34mg of peppermint oil, in a base of multiflora honey, apple cider vinegar and water, with eucalyptus, tea tree and fennel oils. Adults 10ml two to four times a day, up to 40ml daily; children over 2, 5ml up to 20ml daily. Shake well.
