Iron tablets (7mg ferrous gluconate per tablet) with B vitamins, folic acid 100µg and vitamin C. Per daily adult dose (2 tablets): iron 14mg (100% NRV), folic acid 200µg (100% NRV), vitamin C 30mg (38% NRV).

Directions: Adults and children over 12: 1 tablet twice daily, 30 minutes before a meal. Children 3-12: 1 tablet daily.
