Natures Aid Brewer's Yeast 300mg (500 tablets). A brewer's yeast food supplement in tablet form, non-debittered, with no added ingredients. Each tablet provides 300mg of brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) powder; six tablets provide 1800mg. Take 2 tablets three times a day, up to a maximum of 12 a day. Contains wheat and barley (gluten) and sulphites. Free from GM, dairy, lactose, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar. Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (brewer's yeast powder) (contains wheat (gluten), barley (gluten) and sulphites). 500 tablets.

Best avoided by anyone taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors and by people with gout.
