Natures Aid Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc (90 tablets). A calcium, magnesium and zinc food supplement in tablet form. Two tablets a day with food provide 800mg of calcium (100% NRV), 400mg of magnesium (107% NRV), 15mg of zinc (150% NRV) and 1mg of copper (100% NRV). No artificial colours or flavours; free from GM, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar. Ingredients: calcium carbonate preparation (calcium carbonate, maltodextrin), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, tablet coating (hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anticaking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, copper gluconate. 90 tablets.

Made in the UK by Natures Aid Ltd, Kirkham, Lancashire, to GMP standards.

Should be avoided by people with hyperparathyroidism, kidney disease or ulcers unless otherwise advised by a GP.
