Natures Aid Vitamin E 400iu (60 softgels). A natural-source vitamin E food supplement in softgel form. Each softgel provides 400iu of natural vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol (268mg α-TE, 2233% NRV) with 24mg of mixed tocopherols. Take 1 to 2 softgels a day with food. The capsule is gelatin. Free from GM, corn, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, starch and sugar. Ingredients: d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, gelatin, sunflower oil, glycerine, natural mixed vitamin E. 60 softgels.

When starting to take vitamin E always start with a low iu strength and gradually increase. High levels should be avoided by diabetics and people with hyperthyroidism. Over 16 years only.
