ProVen Biotics For Adults 25 Billion (30 capsules). A live bacteria food supplement in vegetable capsules with vitamins C and D, calcium, zinc, selenium and prebiotic FOS fibre. Each capsule provides 12.5 billion live bacteria of the Lab4 blend (Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL60, Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL21, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL34 and Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL20), 25µg of vitamin D3 (500% NRV), 80mg of vitamin C (100% NRV), 120mg of calcium (15% NRV), 15mg of zinc (150% NRV), 55µg of selenium (100% NRV) and 100mg of fructooligosaccharides; two capsules give 25 billion. Take two capsules a day with food for 1 to 4 months, then usually one a day with food. The capsules can be opened and the contents sprinkled on cold food. Vegetarian. Free from gluten, dairy and sugar. No refrigeration needed. For adults aged 16 and over. Two capsules a day provide 30mg of zinc, which is above the 25mg tolerable upper intake level for adults; the one-a-day maintenance intake provides 15mg. Store in a cool, dry place.
