Each capsule provides 50 billion live bacteria of the Lab4 blend (Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL60, Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL21, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL34 and Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL20) and nothing else. Take one capsule a day with food; the 14-capsule pack is designed for short-term use. If taken alongside antibiotics, take it at least two hours away from the antibiotic. The capsules can be opened and the contents sprinkled on cold food. Vegan. No refrigeration needed. For adults aged 16 and over.
