Together Health Bone Aid (60 Capsules). A food supplement combining calcium from Lithothamnion calcareum seaweed with plant-based vitamin D3 from lichen and vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MK-7) from chickpeas fermented with Bacillus subtilis natto, in a vegetable-cellulose capsule. Two capsules provide vitamin D3 20µg (400% NRV), vitamin K2 100µg (133% NRV) and calcium 450mg (56% NRV). The maker's directions are two capsules daily with food, at any time of day - around 30 days per pack. Contains chickpea. Certified vegan and cruelty-free; free from wheat, soya, gluten, dairy and GM ingredients; no artificial additives. Consult a doctor before use if taking medication. Supplied in the brand's plastic-free, compostable pouch.
