A certified organic blend of 8 unrefined seed oils — flax, sunflower, sesame, coconut, evening primrose, rice and oat bran germ oils, soy lecithin and tocotrienol. A 30ml serving provides 13g alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) and 6.6g linoleic acid (omega-6). Add to food after cooking; keep refrigerated.
