Wild Irish Seaweeds Organic Atlantic Wakame (40g). Dried Atlantic wakame (Alaria esculenta), a brown seaweed with a mild, spinach-like flavour. Soak in cold water for up to 5 minutes with a little salt to rehydrate and rinse well. Eat rehydrated or boil for no more than 15 minutes; use in miso and other soups, noodle dishes, mashed potato, or wrapped around fish before steaming. 40g paper bag.

Hand-harvested on the Co. Clare coast by the Talty family of Wild Irish Seaweeds, then dried naturally.
