Wild Irish Seaweeds Organic Dillisk (40g). Dried dillisk, also called dulse (Palmaria palmata), a red seaweed with a slightly salty taste that is chewy raw and buttery when cooked. Eat straight from the bag as it is eaten along the west coast, or soak in cold water for up to 10 minutes and use in soups, chowders, stews, salads, slaws and tapenades. If boiled, cook for no more than 30 minutes. 40g paper bag.

Hand-harvested on the Co. Clare coast by the Talty family of Wild Irish Seaweeds, then dried naturally.
