Wild Irish Seaweeds Organic Sugar Kelp (40g). Dried sugar kelp fronds (Laminaria saccharina), a brown seaweed with a sweeter flavour than kombu from its natural mannitol coating. Soak in cold water for up to 10 minutes to rehydrate, rinse salted fronds well, and simmer for up to 30 minutes to serve as a vegetable, slice cold into salads, add to pickles, or bake into a crisp snack. 40g paper bag.
