Zerochol Plant Sterols (60 tablets). A food supplement of plant sterols in tablet form. Each tablet provides 800mg of plant sterols (from soy, sunflower, pine, maize and rapeseed oils); the recommended two tablets a day with the main meal provide 1,600mg. Dairy free, gluten free, sugar free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Ingredients: plant sterols (soy oil (Glycine max), sunflower (Helianthus), pine tree oil (Pinus sp.), maize and rapeseed oil), bulking agent (potato starch, microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, stearic acid), emulsifier (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), colour (calcium carbonate). 60 tablets.

With added plant sterols. This product is intended exclusively for people who want to lower their blood cholesterol level. Patients on cholesterol-lowering medication should only consume the product under medical supervision. The product may not be nutritionally appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under the age of five years. Use as part of a balanced and varied diet, including regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Consumption of more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols should be avoided. Each tablet provides 800mg of plant sterols; two tablets provide 1,600mg. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols/stanols.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Store out of the reach of young children.
